Staff Engagement
In July 2023 the staff engagement session was a first of many to come, where the AIDC-EC management and staff engaged on the values, mission, and vision of the organisation.
The management provided context to the history of AIDC-EC as well as highlights on recent developments which brought exciting opportunities to the province of the Eastern Cape. There were exciting and very challenging teambuilding activities that were key in mapping a collective understanding on the current and envisaged AIDC-EC, geared to serve the automotive industry of the future, while strengthening relations between new employees and meisters.
With ‘ethics’ coming strongly as an emerging keyword from the values discussion for operations, across all business functions, the team left for the weekend break feeling empowered and assured of a clear direction that required each and everyone’s contributions and commitment for a future proof AIDC-EC.
