Background

The ICT Governance and Digital Services department within is responsible for aligning the ICT strategy with the organisation's strategy, optimizing ICT operations, and driving business value.

The AIDC EC is dedicated to empowering its business stakeholders through the strategic utilisation of digital technologies and services.

The department's vision is to leverage digital technologies to establish, enhance, and optimize the AIDC Eastern Cape's ICT capabilities. This will enable AIDC’s business model to effectively respond to strategic opportunities, mitigate business risks, drive performance, and surpass stakeholder expectations in a SMART, cost-effective, and compliant manner.
