About the event
The first edition of the Eastern Cape Automotive and eMobility Hackathon will kick off on Friday, 1 August 2025. Attendance is open to Academic Leadership, Decision Makers, Senior Department Heads, Lecturing Staff, Youth in TVET College, Training Providers, and the general public to connect for learning more about the industry as well as the goals of the Eastern Cape Automotive Masterplan 2035.
This virtual event will feature a roster of speakers sharing insights about the Automotive sector and future opportunities for the Eatern Cape province to take advantage off.Capture the Flag partners will give a high level overview of the companies they represent, as well as some of the skills required to perform the work they do - as a way of imparting on the hackathon participants knowledge they can use to enhance their project ideas.
