The Human Capital Business Unit at AIDC Eastern Cape serves as a strategic partner in enabling organisational performance, sustainability, and long-term growth through integrated and people-centred Human Capital practices.
Guided by the Human Capital Strategy and aligned to the organisation’s 10-year Master Plan, the Business Unit is committed to attracting, developing, engaging, and retaining a skilled, capable, and motivated workforce. Central to this approach is the creation of a compelling Employee Value Proposition that promotes a rewarding employee experience, strengthens employee engagement, and supports individual and organisational performance.
Focus Areas
The unit is working for effective coordination and Implementation of SAAM 2035 and NEV Policy in the Eastern Cape by 2035.
