MEDIA STATEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
The AIDC-EC Board is pleased to announce the reappointment of Mr Thabo Shenxane as the CEO for the AIDC-EC. His contract has been formally extended for a fixed term of five (5) years, effective from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2030.
All existing terms and conditions of the contract will remain unchanged unless otherwise amended in writing and mutually agreed upon.
This extension underscores the Board’s strong confidence in Mr Thabo Shenxane’s proven leadership and his ability to continue guiding the organisation toward sustained growth and long-term success.
The AIDC-EC Board congratulates the CEO and the AIDC-EC Family on the CEO’s reappointment. We look forward to his leadership direction, chiefly now as the automotive sector and linked industries continue to navigate complex business dynamics.
